In this assignment, where the repair and consolidation of more than eight thousand m² of facades had to be carried out, our professionals used modular and electric rack and pinion scaffolding to economize and optimize the work in time. All the bricks in poor condition were replaced by others that were specially manufactured for this work, proceeding to the restoration of those recoverable and performing the grouting of the rest. After the whole process, consolidation and waterproofing treatments were applied to the walls. On the upper floors, the surface was chopped to make a mock brick rendering as shown in the image on the left.
