In the neighborhood of Rejas in the district of San Blas – Canillejas, is located Ciudad Pegaso, which takes its name from the brand of industrial vehicles manufactured by ENASA. This colony consists of two types of housing in high-rise buildings, single-family homes in groups of four. KALAM performs multiple interventions in this area: micropilotations, structure reinforcements, ground injections for its consolidation, thermal insulation of the exterior facade, renovation and waterproofing of roofs, adaptation of entrances, accesses and perimeters of the building, replacement of obsolete installations, etc. New elevators were also installed and the appearance of the portals was renovated, renewing their finishes.
