Restoration of the facade of this residential building, near the University City of Madrid. To this end, we proceeded to the cleaning with water jet, the replacement of weathered parts, the waterproofing and waterproofing of the exterior brick walls. The edges of the floor slabs were repaired and homogenized, demolishing the current terrace floors up to the sound support in order to execute a new sloping, waterproofing and finishing. A complete intervention in metal locksmithing was carried out, consisting of the replacement of the deteriorated pieces with new similar ones, with the cutting of the existing vertical gratings, providing a new configuration of the façade and terraces.
