For this community of owners KALAM performs the rehabilitation and conservation works of the envelope and the roof of this corner building. The intervention consists of cleaning with pressurized water, the replacement of the weathered brick pieces, the recovery of the grouting, the patination for the chromatic intonation and the waterproofing of the exterior and interior brick walls. The flat roof and terraces of the houses were completely rebuilt, completely demolishing the existing ones and installing new slopes, waterproofing and floating flooring on plots, thermally improving the solution by placing extruded polystyrene as insulation.
