Comprehensive intervention in this building in the Chueca neighborhood, where the works to be carried out included the rehabilitation of its structure. The floor slabs, right feet, beams and joists affected by rotting, due to their proximity to damp areas, were replaced with metal profiles and metal and concrete sheets for the new floor slabs. On the roof, the wooden pairs were replaced by others of the same square, insulating and waterproofing it properly. The intervention was completed with the restoration of the façade and the adaptation of the accesses to eliminate architectural barriers, with the installation of an elevator in the stairwell.
