Reconstruction of the entire interior and a change of use for this 4,700 m² building, with reinforcement of foundations, battens, joists, and uprights, and demolition and rebuilding of floors. The interior was redistributed with offices, a cafeteria, a gym, a sauna, audiovisual rooms, classrooms, etc. along with new facilities with fine finishes and furnishings. The work, with an exceptional execution deadline – duly met – was carried out in 70 calendar days, no less, in five shifts, seven days a week. A unique example of our logistical capability in holistic rehabilitation work, in which our experience allows us to conduct such projects successfully.
