Our master craftsmen bring together all the traditional trades necessary to carry out comprehensive rehabilitations, such as the one carried out on this building, allowing, through a multidisciplinary team, the optimization of deadlines. All the structural elements of the building were thoroughly revised -right feet, runs, joists, roof beams, roof pairs and suspenders, etc.- replacing the deteriorated areas with metal profiles. The roofs and under-roofs were completely rebuilt, with new walls, supports and coverings. A glass elevator was installed in the courtyard, adapting the interior accesses (stairs and distributors). On the façade, the original plaster was recovered and the carpentry was replaced. Finally, the building was equipped with new electrical and plumbing installations.
