Telletxe 1 C – 1 D, Getxo, Spain

The facades of this building, designed by architects Ispizua and Aristegui in 1969, presented generalized deterioration of its walls, missing areas, cracks and other pathologies that caused damage due to corrosion and risk of landslides to the public road. To alleviate these deficiencies, our specialists installed an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE), with a tile or acrylic finish depending on the typology of the area, always maintaining the original composition of the facade of the complex. The railings and glass were replaced with more efficient ones and the roofs and roof terraces were waterproofed. The set of measures adopted in the envelope achieved the improvement of the energy efficiency of the building, increasing the savings in energy consumption, the comfort of the users and significantly revaluing this building.
