The intervention in this building consisted of replacing the structure in the damp areas where rotting had almost completely eliminated the section of races and right feet of the mixed structure of framing and ceramic filler. In addition, the main façade was restored, reproducing the decorative pieces of the gazebos by means of elements made of resins that were elaborated in our workshops. The courtyards were restored and adapted, and the roof was completely rehabilitated by replacing damaged cornice pairs and corbels, and renewing the roofing and plumbing elements. In the interior, the network of accesses was adapted, recovering the original plasterwork and the staircase skylight.
