We intervened in the comprehensive rehabilitation of this typical corrala madrileña that had serious structural damage, with special emphasis on its inner courtyard and roof. The works have recovered the characteristic traditional construction system, with the partial reconstruction of the foundations, renovation of the roof with repair of pairs and improvement of the envelope by renewing its insulation and tile covering. The work is completed with plumbing, plumbing and telecommunications installations. The work is completed with the restoration treatment of the façade, recovering the lines of the imposts and main eaves, as well as the ashlar plinth, and finishing with a smooth washed plaster finish.
