Adequacy of the common areas of this urbanization composed of twelve portals corresponding to the streets Caliza, 2 – 10 and Campo de la Torre 3 – 15. The play areas, accesses and garages are waterproofed, providing the environment with different finishes: printed concrete, terrazzo, plantations and sports pavements; depending on the area of action, all with a phased organization that allowed the neighbors to access at all times to the different portals. We also undertook the repair of the brick façades, lifting the pieces in pockmarked or cracked areas, with replacement of the ceramic tiles on the edges of the slab, making different samples for the property and the project management.
