In addition to other accessibility and façade restoration interventions in the area, the largest land consolidation intervention for a homeowners’ association was carried out at 68 Pont de Molins Street. It was carried out by means of armed injections installing 8,000 m of sleeve pipes with valve closing pressures of between 3 and 5 Kg / cm2, with continuous monitoring of the movements detected and control of altimetric variations of the building deviations set at ± 0.5 mm. The normal functioning of the buildings was not interrupted in any case. The facades were finished with the execution of a monolayer. In order to preserve the environment in the treatment of the cleaning slurry, impermeable settling ditches were created, which were collected in conventional containers after solidification.
