Improvement of the façade envelope and remodeling of roofs of this residential building in the Cuenca del Medio Jarama in Madrid. The facades were rehabilitated using an exterior thermal insulation system (SATE) with an acrylic mortar finish. On the flat roofs of the patios, after removing the existing tile flooring, the slabs were cleaned to prepare the substrate, and a two-layer waterproofing was applied for the subsequent installation of a porcelain tile flooring. The intervention is completed with the replacement of artificial stone gutters, downspouts and lacquered aluminum gutters and the repair of cracks in the courtyard.
