At KALAM we are looking to recruit, for projects in Madrid, a Production Manager with experience in building rehabilitation.
KALAM is one of the most recognised and specialised companies in the sector of building rehabilitation and heritage restoration. Our approach combines technical rigour, cost control and specialisation in interventions on existing buildings.
We are looking for a profile capable of supporting the Site Manager in the technical and economic planning, coordination and supervision of projects, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with deadlines and objectives, with efficient management of the resources assigned.
Main responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of the site.
- Coordination of the execution of activities, verifying output and scheduling.
- Supervision of specific tasks in the execution of the works.
- Carrying out measurements.
- Preparing supplier quotations.
- Producing progress reports.
Required profile
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience managing building rehabilitation projects.
- Proficiency with specialised tools and management software.
