Site Manager – Restoration

KALAM is one of the most recognised and specialised companies in the sector of building rehabilitation and heritage restoration. Our approach combines technical rigour, cost control and specialisation in interventions on existing buildings. We are always interested in meeting Site Manager profiles with experience in facade and/or heritage restoration for future opportunities.
We are looking for a profile with autonomy in site management, capable of coordinating execution, controlling costs and ensuring compliance with deadlines in restoration projects, working with specialised teams.
Main responsibilities
- Technical and economic planning of restoration works.
- Budget control, cost and production monitoring.
- Coordination of subcontractors and specialised teams.
- Supervision of execution and quality control.
- Monitoring of scheduling and compliance with deadlines.
Required profile
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience managing facade and/or heritage restoration projects.
- Experience in cost control and site planning.
- Proficiency with Presto, AutoCAD and management software.
