Site Supervisor – Building Rehabilitation

At KALAM we are looking to recruit, for projects in Madrid and surrounding areas, a Site Supervisor with experience in building rehabilitation.

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in building rehabilitation, capable of organising and coordinating specialised work crews under the direction of the Site Management.
Main responsibilities
- Organisation of rehabilitation work fronts.
- Coordination of in-house teams and specialised subcontractors.
- Monitoring of works carried out by different trades.
- Quality control in rehabilitation works.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building rehabilitation projects.
- Leadership skills and ability to organise teams.
