This position is intended for a junior profile, recently graduated or with initial experience, who wants to develop professionally in the field of building rehabilitation.
Functions
The selected person will participate, under the supervision of the technical team, in:
- Preparation of quantity take-offs and support in budgeting.
- Extraction of measurements and setting-out tasks.
- Control of delivery notes and verification with invoices.
- Monitoring of subcontractors’ working hours.
- Preparation of technical documentation (technical data sheets, material approvals).
- Support in construction quality management (tests and documentation).
All functions will be carried out with the support of the Site Management team.
Required profile
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- Skills in quantity take-offs.
- Full proficiency in Spanish.
