After a rigorous selection of construction companies by a very experienced property management company, KALAM was awarded the rehabilitation of this building, which included the construction of a new floor and its flat roof. The distribution of new storage rooms was carried out and an elevator was installed in the communal courtyard, remodeling the staircase and the access area. New connections were also made, renovating the plumbing and eliminating damp in basements and premises. The main façade, the courtyard walls and the locks were restored. The project’s aim of carrying out a mimetic lifting was successfully completed without evictions, with full operation of the building, without interrupting the daily tasks of the building’s residents.
