Holistic rehabilitation of this building owned by General Electric in Barcelona. Our work involved structural reinforcement, partial replacement of floors, interior refurbishment, and finishes. We restored the oriel windows and balustrades by means of stitching with stainless steel bars, in-situ casting, and the manufacture of molds for mortar so as to recreate the original forms, as well as working on cornices and belt courses and louvered shutters and treating ironwork on balconies, repairing or replacing damaged parts. On the roof, new slate dormers were made and the turrets were rehabilitated with the replacement of the metal bearing structure and new slate tiling.
