At KALAM we are looking to recruit, for projects in Madrid, a Site Manager with more than 5 years of experience in building rehabilitation.
KALAM is one of the most recognised and specialised companies in the sector of building rehabilitation and heritage restoration. Our approach combines technical rigour, cost control and specialisation in interventions on existing buildings.
We are looking for a senior professional, with a consolidated track record in site management, able to lead a full specialised team — including in-house staff —, with autonomy in decision-making, solid experience in planning, cost control, supplier negotiation and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Main responsibilities
- Technical and economic planning of rehabilitation works.
- Budget control, cost and production monitoring.
- Coordination of subcontractors and specialised teams.
- Supervision of execution and quality control.
- Monitoring of the site schedule and compliance with deadlines.
Required profile
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience managing building rehabilitation projects.
- Experience in cost control and site planning.
- Proficiency with Presto, AutoCAD and management software.
