At KALAM we are looking to recruit, for projects in Madrid:
- Site Managers with at least 3 years of experience in building rehabilitation and
- Site Managers with at least 3 years of experience in facade restoration

We are looking for professionals with autonomy in site management, capable of coordinating execution, controlling costs and ensuring compliance with deadlines in rehabilitation and restoration projects, working with specialised teams.
Main responsibilities
- Technical and economic planning of rehabilitation or restoration works.
- Budget control and cost monitoring.
- Coordination of subcontractors and specialised teams.
- Supervision of execution and production control.
- Quality control of execution.
- Monitoring of planning and compliance with deadlines.
Required profile
- Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rehabilitation or restoration management.
- Experience in construction cost control.
- Proficiency with tools such as Presto and AutoCAD.
- Full proficiency in Spanish.
