What would your mission be?
Reporting to the Operations Management, your role will be to carry out functions within the Technical Office to support the organisation and control of the operational area.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of quantity take-offs.
- Control and monitoring of works.
- Planning and management of materials, supplies and work teams (in-house and subcontracted).
- Control of subcontractors and execution deadlines.
- Management of construction quality documentation.
Minimum requirements
- Higher vocational training – Building and Civil Works / Technical Architecture / Specific vocational training (Building branch).
- 2 years of experience in the described functions.
- Previous experience in the building rehabilitation sector will be highly valued.
- IT knowledge: Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD. Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Training in Technical Architecture or similar will be valued.
- Advanced knowledge of NAVISION or another ERP will be valued.
- Full proficiency in Spanish.
